Given that my creations are made ONLY to order and are therefore ALL CUSTOMIZED, I DO NOT ACCEPT returns on any order as per Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), which implements European Directive 2011/83/EU.
Once you receive your order, please check it and, if you find any problems, contact me as soon as possible.
!!!IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT MY SHOP!!!
-!!IT WILL NOT BE PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE to fulfill orders with delivery requests in less than 10 days from the order placement.
-Since my items are made with natural products and without preservatives, I STRONGLY ADVISE against ordering them too far in advance of the event date. If you need to order further in advance, please contact me directly BEFORE placing an order, leaving a contact phone number.
-Since I work alone and the order requests are very numerous, I cannot, due to logistical and time constraints, accept them all. Therefore, I advise you to contact me in advance privately to book your order in time, indicating all chosen customizations, the event date, and a phone number.
I am not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays attributable to shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond my control. Once the products are transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.
ORDERS AND CUSTOMIZATIONS:
-As the owner of a legitimate business, ALL fulfilled orders MUST have a regular invoice. Therefore, you will be asked for a name, address, and tax code for the invoice to be issued.
(The tax code is only mandatory for orders originating from and invoiced in Italy!!)
-All customizations requested at the time of order must be clearly and precisely marked to avoid errors and inconveniences.
-Each listing has its dedicated customizations; it is not possible to choose customizations found in different listings for an item.
-ALL PRICES of the items are visible from the drop-down menu in the dedicated listings. Carefully look for the price related to the quantity you need.
-NO further discounts will be offered on items in my shop.
-All measurements of the items you are interested in are indicated in the product descriptions within the dedicated listing.
Please check them carefully before placing an order, to avoid misunderstandings regarding product dimensions.
-NO PREVIEWS of your customized item are AVAILABLE!! I will send you a photo of your ready order before booking the shipment.
-Unfortunately, due to encountered problems, the tags available for my items are ONLY those you can find in my shop. I will not create items with tags or graphics different from mine.
-My shop already has a good assortment of items, so I WILL NOT create items that you find in other shops and that are not already present in mine.
I remind you that, at the time of your purchase, it will be necessary to provide personal data and tax code for invoicing, and a telephone number to provide to the shipper.
