Shipping and Delivery
I ship my creations throughout Italy and Europe*, paying particular attention to packaging and parcel preparation so that they arrive to you perfect, just as they were prepared.
I rely on a professional and reliable shipping company for deliveries throughout Italy and internationally.
Outgoing shipments (barring exceptions) are scheduled and entrusted to the courier always on Mondays.
Every shipment has a tracking number that will be provided to you once your order has been entrusted to the courier!
The tracking number for your order will be traceable from the day after it is provided to you.
Within each listing you can find the estimated delivery dates for your order.
These dates include the processing time for your items and the shipping times for your order.
Shipping times are approximately 2/5 business days, but may vary depending on the time of year, high or low season, holidays, distance and geographical location of the destination, or any national strikes.
I am not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays attributable to shipping carriers, customs procedures, or events beyond my control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.
Once you receive your order, please check it and, if you find any problems, contact me as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT
For shipping payments to Venice and smaller islands (in Italy) or islands and special destinations (abroad), a separate rate must be calculated; contact me via chat or email to find out the shipping price for your location.
All orders placed with shipping to these destinations, without having first accepted the shipping quote, will necessarily be cancelled!
